In the wake of the powerful magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck parts of Mindanao on June 8, Bohol 3rd District Representative Alexie Besas Tutor has urged President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to certify as urgent House Bill No. 833, also known as the Disasters and Emergencies Management Act.
