The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Central Visayas (BFAR Region 7) and the Bohol Island State University (BISU) in Tagbilaran City have forged an agreement for the production of milkfish or bangus fingerlings, locally known as “garungan,” with an aim to boost the province’s bangus industry.
