This heartbreaking incident has led to a call from Attorney Jordan Pizarras, known as “Tigpanalipud sa mga Bol-anon” (Protector of Boholanos), for the immediate stocking of Philippine cobra anti-venom in district hospitals to prevent future fatalities.
