Site inspection held for proposed new Tabajan Bridge in Bohol’s 3rd district

BOHOL – A joint site inspection was recently conducted for the proposed construction of the New Tabajan Bridge in Candijay, Bohol, according to Third District Representative Alexie Besas Tutor.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-CENRO), and Bohol Electric Cooperative II (Boheco II) were among the agencies involved in the assessment.

Tutor said the inspection is crucial in ensuring the structural quality and safety of major infrastructure projects within the Third District.

“Kini nga proyekto naghatag og dakong importansya aron masiguro nato ang kaluwasan sa katawhan sa Tersero Distrito,” she said.
(This project holds great importance as it ensures the safety of the people in the Third District.)

The proposed bridge is expected to improve connectivity and support the economic and social mobility of residents in the area.
