More than one million pesos worth of illegal drugs weighing 160 grams were seized in a buy-bust operation Monday early morning in Barangay Cogon in Tagbilaran City.
The operation was conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Team of Bohol Police Provincial Office.
Police identified the suspect as Jay Lord
Inopiquez de Claro a.k.a. “Tiki”, 32, and a resident of Barangay Tambangan, Loay, Bohol.
De Claro is considered a high-value individual resident of Loay.
Police said they monitored the illegal activities of the suspect for three weeks.
During that operation, they confiscated from the suspect packs of suspected shabu weighing 150 grams of shabu worth more than P1,020,000.00.
The suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
