Congresswman Vanessa C. Aumentado has bared the second Congressional District Office Report of facilitating the sourcing of funds for the needy.

Since January to May this year, some P24 million of fund in the form of Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS)have been distributed to 1,653 beneficiaries.

“Mao pasalamat ta sa atong partner Agency ang DSWD sa pagpahigayon sa maong programa sa Gobyerno para pagluwas sa mga katawhang nagkinahanglan ug tabang,” she said in vernacular in her fb post.

(So we have to thank the artner agency, Department of Social Welfare and Development to put in order and implement the said cash ad program for those who need the help most).

The beneficiaries are also those who are admitted to the private Hospitals (billings-medicines, laboratory except Doctor’s pf) thru the assistance of the Malasakit Center to Gov’t Hospitals or in Provincial Hospitals that she put fund for the purpose.

This includes the nationally-operated hospital like Don Emilio Del Valle Hospital in Ubay, adding “duna sad tay pondo ug kaduolan sulod sa Hospital mismo ky naa tay opisina didto.”

“Don’t hesitate to approach our staff. Apil sa atong gigahinan usab aning AICS, out patients nga nangayo ug pangtambal, pang laboratory ug apil usab burial assistance. Dili man nato matubag tanan nilang problema pero atleast makahatag man lang ta ug alibyo sa daghan nilang gihuna-huna,” she said.

Congresswoman Aumentado, wife of Gov. Aris Aumentado emphasized that she and her office put premium of public health by providing fund.

“Ang kabahin sa Health or panglawas usa gyud sa atong gipakadak-an mao nga yearly gyud kita gagahin ug pondo para niini. Dili ni akong kwarta tungod ky gihimo lang ming instrumento. Kwarta or buhis nis mga katawhan, mao ang nagkinahanglan, angay tabangan.”

(This is not my money but I am just made an instrument. The said fund is coming from the people’s taxes).

She said that her new congressional office is now located at the ground of the new Capitol, Tagbilaran City. Any interested individual may just contact her staff and look for Ritchel Manatad Racho for inquireies. (rvo)
