Police operatives arrested on Friday (June 3, 2022) the second most wanted person in Dimiao town by virtue of a warrant of arrest in relation to a child abuse case.
A report from the Bohol Provincial Police Office (BPPO) identified the accused as
Boni Pagtalunan, 29, a habal-habal driver and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Banban, Dimiao, Bohol.
He was arrested around 2 p.m. at his residence.
The suspect is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.
The warrant of arrest was issued by
Executive Judge Samuel A. Biliran of Regional Trial Court Branch 50 in Loay.
