Members of the 3gb Guindulman made sure everyone gets a merry Christmas.
They offered free salon services (haircut, hair color and hair treatment) to 40 persons during 3gb’s outreach program on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Barangay Mayuga, Guindulman.
The event was the 3rd year founding anniversary of the town’s first LGBTQI community. It was also the birthday celebration of 3gb Guindulman founder Engelbert Angela Bernaldez.

The beneficiaries had a hairstyle that they felt fits themselves.
3gb members said the message behind the move was all about embracing diversity.
Despite her busy schedule, Bohol 3rd district Congresswoman Alexie Besas-Tutor attended the outreach program.

She said that she was grateful to the effort.
“Thank you 3gb for sharing your skills, talents & time. Daghan ang nalipay,” said Tutor.
“May you continue to share your skills & talents. Reaching out to all Guindulmanons. Sana all LGBTQ mo sunod sa inyong gipanghimo,” she added.
Jane Mapute said she is thankful for the organization.
“I think it’s great,” she said. “It’s just a big help all around. You can’t go anywhere and get your hair cut for free.”
