2 notorious drug pushers fall in separate Tagbilaran stings

Authorities arrested two alleged notorious peddlers of shabu (crystal meth) in separate buy-bust operations here Friday.

According to Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Bohol, Archie Intia Abad, 29, single and a resident of Barangay Abucayan Norte, Calape town was arrested in a buy bust operation along Tamblot Street in Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City.

Confiscated from the suspect were five (5) sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 125 grams worth P850,000, buy bust money and other pieces of non-drug evidence.

At around 6:20 p.m., authorities also arrested Camilo Ibay Malicse, 50, single and a resident of Barangay MontaƱa, Baclayon town.

He was arrested along C. Ligason St. Corner CPG East Avenue in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City.

Seized from Malicse were seven (7) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 200 grams worth P1,360,000, buy bust money and other non-drug evidence.
