Barangay oficials in Bohol province have distributed the “home quarantine pass” (HQP) starting on Sunday to monitor and limit the movement of the people to contain the further spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Bohol Gov. Arthur Yap had issued the guidelines regarding the use of home quarantine passes.
Every household in a barangay will be issued with only one home quarantine pass (HQP) with corresponding control number.
The HQP is non-transferable to any member of the family and should be carried when buying food and medicine outside the home.
Senior citizens considered as high risk and minors are not qualified for this authorization.
The holders of the HQP are only allowed to go out between 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. because of the province-wide curfew.
Quarantine Passes may vary according to size, color or design for each city or municipality.
In Tagbilaran City, the HQP is colored green. In Barangay Cogon, it has a barangay seal to avoid counterfeit HQP.
