Victoriano Martin “Renzo” Adiong Tirol IV, a Boholano swimming prodigy and alumnus of the University of Bohol Victoriano D. Tirol Advanced Learning Center (UB VDTALC), has once again made waves in the 2023 Palarong Pambansa held in Marikina City last August 1-5, securing 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.
