The Land Transportation Office (LTO) 7 would like to remind the motorcycle dealers of the earlier released certification on zero backlogs of transactions for registration, this is amid the allegation of said “spokesperson” of the group of motorcycle dealers on the delays of Official Receipts (ORs) and Certificates of Registration (CRs).
