Jevilyn Campos Cullamat, the youngest daughter of Rep. Eufemia Cullamat (Bayan Muna), was killed in an encounter between the military and suspected New People’s Army (NPA) rebels in Marihatag, Surigao del Sur on Saturday, the Philippine Army reported.
