Netizens commended the honesty of a driver in Tagbilaran City for turning over a cash he found to the police station.
Report from the Tagbilaran City Police Station said Emelito Agravante, an e-trike driver, turned-over on Saturday (Sept. 18) cash money in different denomination amounting to P62, 958.
Agravante, a resident of Tamblot Street, Tagbilaran City, told police he found a small bag with money and identification cards left in his vehicle which he later turned it over to the police station.
The owner of the bag, Sergia Estomo, was already informed by the police station to claim the money.
Netizens meanwhile expressed their commendation to Agravante for his honest act of returning the lost cash.
