The cargo truck which fell into a ravine six days ago is still in the area in Batuan town. The owner has yet to pull out the truck which was severely damaged.

On Sunday, August 25, motorists stopped by the road curious to see the cargo truck which fell into a ravine last August 20.

The Batuan Police Station said the truck carrying lumber failed to maneuver the treacherous curve entering Makapiko Bridge and fell head on to the ravine.

Four persons died and one was seriously injured, according to police.

The cargo came from Dimiao town to deliver the lumber in Catigbian town.
