
Police arrested Monday night a suspected drug pusher during a buy-bust operation in the island- municipality of President Carlos P. Garcia, Bohol.
The President Garcia Police Station identified the suspect as Ramil Maramara, 52, a resident of Barangay Looc in Mandaue City, Cebu.
Police tagged him as a “newly identified drug personality.”
The suspect, a former drug surenderee, was arrested around 8:40 p.m. on Monday, August 19, at Purok 2, Barangay Pitogo, President Garcia, after he allegedly sold suspected shabu to an undercover operative.
Seized from the suspect were one sachet of suspected shabu and P500 marked bill used in tje buy-bust and other five sachets of suspected shabu which weighed 0.46 grams with estimated street value of Php 3,128.
Maramara is now detained at the jail facility of the police station pending the filing of charges against him.
