The dead body of the 11-year-old boy, who was earlier reported missing after taking a bath in Ipil River on Wednesday, was found floating on Thursday, August 1.
According to Police Master Sgt. Keith Siason, operations chief of Trinidad Police Station, they received the report at 10 a.m. about this.
The boy was later identified as Piennery Cempron, who lives near the bridge in Ipil river where he was last spotted swimming and playing with his friend.
Siason said the boy was reported missing at 3p.m. on Wednesday.
Earlier reports say the boy was swept by a strong current.
