At least 30 passengers are stranded in Ubay town, Bohol after trips via motorbanca were cancelled early this morning.
Lt. Jr. Grade Michael John Encina, spokesman of the Philippine Coast Guard in Central Visayas, said the cancellation was due to “unfavorable weather condition” that the region is experiencing.
The motorbancas who cancelled their trips include Motorbanca San Isidro, Motorbanca Mama Mary and Motorbanca Leopards.
These were all coming from Ubay and were bound for Bato in Leyte province.
No other trips were cancelled yet, as of this writing. //
