A drug personality was arrested during the implementation of a search warrant in Tagbilaran City on Friday, July 12 that also resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, worth Php 40,000.
Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)-Bohol identified the suspect as Robert Ibañez, 36, a resident of Purok 8 of Habitat Village in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City.
Ibañez was arrested at 2 p.m. at his residence.
Confiscated from the suspect were three sachets of suspected shabu, weighing more or less 5 grams, with an estimated value of Php40, 000.00 and cellular phones.
Ibañez will be facing charges for violation RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
